June 22, 2013 - Bull Shoals Theater of the Arts {located on Hwy 178 in Bull Shoals, AR} has announced that "Southern Raised" a Bluegrass Gospel Group will be in Concert on Saturday, June 22nd, at 7:00pmSouthern Raised is a family band {the Reith siblings - Lindsey, Emily Grace, Sarah, and their brother, Mathew} of classically trained young musicians from Branson, MO.  The gospel and their music will lift your spirit, and reacquaint your knees with the floorboards of your home.  {Southern Raised was nominated for the for many awards, including 2013 SPBGMA Vocal Group of the Year and Instrumental Group of the Year.  Lindsey Reith received the 2013 SPBGMA award for Bass Fiddle Performer of the Year}.  Tickets are $15.00 and are available at the Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce, Arvest Bank of Bull Shoals, Integrity Bank of Lakeview, and The Little Bit Used Shop in Bull Shoals.  For more information, you may call 870-445-2311.







June 14, 2013 -  The Leslie Homecoming Association invites you to a Christian Concert featuring Satellites and Sirens at the Homecoming Bandstand in the Leslie City Park {located on Oak Street in Leslie, AR} on Friday, June 14th, at 7:00pm.  Two time Dove Award Nominees, Satellites and Sirens is a Christian Rock Band (from Nashville, TN) that was recently featured on the Acquire the Fire tour and has released their first album Frequency.  Weather permitting, the concert will be outside - so bring your lawn chairs and blankets.  Vendors will be available.  For more information you may call 870-448-7505.





June 22, 2013 - Lifeline Church invites you to join them at People's Park West Plains, MO for the Don't Back Down to Cancer Concert on Saturday, June 22nd, at 3:00pm.  The purpose of the concert is to spread the Good News about Jesus - especially targeting those who have been diagnosed with cancer.  {They lost their founding Pastor to cancer on August 23, 2011 - so they know what a difference faith can make in the fight with this terrible disease}.  Though God does not always give an earthly healing, they want to share that there is no death for those who know Christ - through music, testimony, drama and through the booths of their supporting partners.  The concert will be headlined by Bread of Stone {who are just coming off tour with Sanctus Real}.  Also featured will be Sinner Saved (from Rolla, MO);  and Forgiven, the DBD Band, and Surviving Death from West Plains.  Bring your lawn chairs and come & enjoy an afternoon and evening of great music, food, and fun.  For more information you may call 417-252-0617.
